LarkSell is operated by Guangzhou Yunyan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (广州云燕智能科技有限责任公司). We are preparing LarkSell as an AI-powered seller intelligence platform designed to bring sales, advertising, keyword, and operational insights into one workspace.

4. Information collected after Amazon account authorization

Seller-data access requires your explicit authorization through an Amazon-supported OAuth authorization flow. Authorization is not currently available on this static website. When the service supports it, LarkSell will request only the permissions presented in that flow, and you can decide whether to grant them.

Depending on the scopes you authorize and the features you use, LarkSell may receive account or marketplace identifiers and operational information related to sales, orders, advertising, campaigns, keywords, inventory, and performance. LarkSell may store authorization tokens and operational data needed to provide the requested service. OAuth authorization does not require you to give LarkSell your Amazon password.

5. How information is used

We use information only for purposes connected to operating the website and providing, preparing, securing, or improving the requested LarkSell service. These purposes may include:

8. Data sharing and subprocessors

You may request deletion of your LarkSell account and associated service data by emailing support@larksell.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or correspondence, but do not send your password or authorization token.

We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting. A verified deletion request will cover authorization tokens and operational data associated with the account, except for information we must retain or isolate for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution needs. We will explain any material limitation that applies to the request.

11. Revoking Amazon authorization

Once Amazon authorization is available, you may revoke LarkSell’s access through the relevant permissions area in your Amazon account. You may also email support@larksell.com for assistance.

Revocation prevents future access after it takes effect, but it does not by itself delete information previously obtained with your authorization. To request deletion of that information, follow the process in Section 10.

LarkSell is operated from China and may use infrastructure or service providers located in other countries or regions. As a result, information may be processed outside the country or region where you are located, where privacy and data-protection rules may differ.
